In-person and online lessons

I offer both in-person and online lessons for students how are currently training and would like to improve their skills. In-person lessons are held at my private dojo in Newport News, Virginia. Online lessons are held via Zoom.

*If you’d like to have me come to you for private lessons, that is a separate rate

Lessons for all ages and skill levels

I offer private lessons for students of all ages and skill levels. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned competitor or karate-ka, I can help you achieve your goals.

A typical private lesson will include:

Warm-Up/Stretching

This will be specific to the students ability and needs for their improvement

Drills & Techniques

Wether it be Kata or Kumite, we’ll go over different drills/techniques to build new or improve existing skills

Plans & Strategy

As competitors approach their next competition, we’ll discuss their strengths and weaknesses going into the event and how they can perform best
